Michelle J. Howard is on the board of International Business Machines Corp.

Ms. Howard previously held the position of Admiral at United States Navy (District of Columbia) and Professor at Elliott School of International Affairs.

She received an undergraduate degree from United States Naval Academy and a graduate degree from The United States Army Command & General Staff College.
