Presently, Jafaru Damulak holds the position of Managing Director at Elm Properties & Estate Development Co. Ltd. and Chairman at Julius Berger Free Zone Enterprise.

He is also on the board of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Netcom Africa Ltd., Primetech Design & Engineering Nigeria Ltd. and Duport Midstream Co. Ltd. and Member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers and Member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

In his past career he held the position of Member-House of Representatives at Government of Nigeria.

He received an undergraduate degree from Ahmadu Bello University.
