Frederiek Toney is on the board of The University of Alabama, Henry Ford Health System and The National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (former Director) and President-Global Ford Customer Service Division at Ford Motor Co.

In his past career he held the position of Principal at Caterpillar, Inc. and Assistant Vice President-Procurement at American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

Frederiek Toney received an MBA from the University of La Verne and an undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
