Presently, Edoardo Marcenaro is Chairman for Enel Distribución Chile SA and Head-Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel Global Infrastructure & Networks Srl.

He previously was Head-International Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel SpA Head-International Operations Legal Affairs at Enel Produzione SpA, Head-International Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel X Srl and Head-International Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel Global Thermal Generation Srl (which are all subsidiaries of Enel SpA).

Mr. Marcenaro received a graduate degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Campus di Milano and a graduate degree from the University of Bocconi.
