Clarence Otis previously occupied the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Darden Restaurants, Inc., Assistant Vice President-Public Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc., President of Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill, Managing Director & Manager-Public Finance at Chemical Securities, Inc. and Vice President-Public Finance at First Boston Corp.

He received an undergraduate degree from Williams College and a graduate degree from Stanford Law School.
